1. Booking and Payment

All tours must be booked in advance via our website or authorized booking platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. For private or large group bookings, alternative payment arrangements may be made at the discretion of London Walks & All.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable, as it is difficult to fill the spot at short notice.
In the unlikely event that London Walks & All must cancel a tour (due to extreme weather, guide illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule.

3. Arrival and Lateness

To ensure a great experience for all guests, tours start promptly at the scheduled time.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early at the designated meeting point.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee you will be able to find the group, and no refunds will be issued for missed tours due to lateness.

4. Health and Safety

By booking a tour, you acknowledge that our walks involve navigating city streets, stairs, and uneven pavement.

Physical Fitness: Participants should be able to walk at a moderate pace for the duration of the tour (typically 2–3 hours).
Personal Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety, including crossing roads and looking after personal belongings.
Weather: Tours go ahead rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the British weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

5. Alcohol and Behavior

For tours involving historic pubs, we encourage a fun and relaxed atmosphere. However, we require all guests to drink responsibly. London Walks & All reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the tour without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive to the guide or other guests.

6. Photography and Content

Feel free to take photos for personal use! However, video or audio recording of the guide’s full commentary is not permitted without prior consent. By joining the tour, you grant London Walks & All permission to take occasional photos of the group for promotional use on our website or social media; please let your guide know if you wish to opt out.

7. Liability

London Walks & All and its guides are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, except where required by law.
