Refund Policy
At London Walks & All, we want you to have an incredible experience. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our small business remains sustainable.
1. Customer Cancellations

More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule to a future date (subject to availability).

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. At this stage, it is difficult for us to fill your spot. However, we may offer to move your booking to another date at our discretion.

No-Shows & Lateness: If you do not arrive for your tour or arrive too late to join the group, no refund will be issued. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to avoid any issues.
2. Cancellations by London Walks & All
We rarely cancel tours, but safety and quality are our priorities.

Weather: Tours go ahead in most weather conditions (rain or shine!). We only cancel in cases of extreme, unsafe weather (e.g., red-level wind warnings).

Unforeseen Circumstances: If we must cancel a tour due to guide illness, transport strikes, or other emergencies, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered your choice of:

A full 100% refund.

An alternative tour date or time.

3. Private & Group Bookings
For private tours or groups of 6 or more, we require 7 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable.
